Information this site handles
If you create an account or buy a ticket, the site handles your name, email address, phone number, selected event date and ticket type. Ticket and order records also include transaction references, ticket status and the QR credential needed to validate entry. Firebase Authentication handles sign-in credentials; your password is not stored in the event’s ticket records.
Why we use it
We use this information to create and secure accounts, take and verify ticket orders, issue tickets, provide event support and check admission at the venue. We may also use order records for accounting, security, resolving payment questions and meeting legal obligations.
Service providers
Firebase and Google services support authentication, database and (if enabled) site analytics. Razorpay processes payments and receives the information needed to create and complete a payment. The payment form is provided by Razorpay; this site does not store your full card or UPI credentials. These providers handle information under their own service terms and privacy notices.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell your personal information. Information is made available to the event team and service providers where needed to run ticketing, payments, support, analytics or venue entry. We keep account, ticket and payment records for as long as needed to operate the event, address disputes, maintain business records and meet legal requirements, then delete or de-identify them when appropriate.
Your choices and requests
You can ask the event team to access, correct or delete information associated with your account, subject to records we must keep for completed transactions or legal reasons. You can also disable optional analytics through the cookie settings on the Cookie Policy page. Contact the event team from the phone numbers below and include your account email and a description of your request.
